Ronald Richard Attenberger, age 72, of Minnesota Lake, MN, died Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Mankato, MN. Funeral Services will be held privately with family at Peace United Church of Christ in Minnesota Lake with Pastor Joy Bruder officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Minnesota Lake, MN. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home of Wells is in charge of arrangements. Please see www.brussheitner.com to leave online condolences.
Ronald Richard was born January 16, 1949 in Mankato, the son of Richard and Luella (Fischer) Attenberger. He graduated from Minnesota Lake High School in 1967, and then went on to graduate from Mankato Vo Tech. Ronald was a member of the Army Reserves achieving the rank of Sargent. On August 4, 1973, he was united in marriage to Lulinda Radke at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Amboy, MN. Ronald served for over 40 years on the Danville Town Board. He enjoyed dancing, waltzes and polka music.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Lulinda Attenberger of Minnesota Lake, MN; in-laws: Loretta (Alan) Johnson, Raydean (Deb) Radke, Cordena (Dennis) Maurer; seven nieces and nephews and seventeen great- nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
